Live in 7 unit condo complex. Having problem installing charging station in the common garage . Association can not figure out how to charge me for increased electricity expanses in the common area.
I can charge at a supercharger and chargepoint close to my home. We go away in winters for 2-3 months. Live in Boston suburb. Any idea how long fully charged car can be left in heated garage without plugging in.

Yes 120V outlet.
Here is my problem. This is new complex and no one has EV so far.
My HOA is giving me hard time getting a Tesla charger installed in the garage.
Although two outlets 240V, 50 A have been provided in the garage only for EVs but metered to common area.
I move out for 3 months in winters

Their objections
How to evaluate electric consupmtion for my car
Any more insurance required
Any maintenance issues with chargers. ( any experience )

So I thought I would leave the car in the garage plugged to a wall outlet in my home. ( via 15 ft heavy duty extension cord )
I can use supercharger or charge point very close to my home for rest of the year.
Would welcome any thoughts, ideas, suggestions
