My original adapter was recalled and just received this BRAND NEW revised adapter from Tesla.

This replacement UMC NEMA 10-30 Adapter is no longer available for purchase at Tesla so this is a very rare and sought after adapter for the Model S and Model X.

I fully expect Tesla will return this "rare and sought after" adapter to their online store right after they've finished shipping the replacement units to previous purchasers like the OP. They've already done the same with the 14-30 and 6-50. The window of opportunity for price jack-ups like this should be fairly short.
