2 new data points on potential locations on Long Island. IMO, neither rises to the level where I could confidently say that Tesla seemed likely to be considering a supercharger there (hence why I'm not starting new threads for them). And there's other reasons why Tesla might want test holes dug or properties marked and surveyed, but still they're things people who are interested in Tesla activity on Long Island may want to keep in mind or poke around about.

Note: The Carle Place location has a Panera Bread in the shopping center, which I only somewhat jokingly consider suggestive of future supercharger work. So, I'd start with that location if someone was going to invest time/energy asking around.

After an email to the North Hempstead office (for Carle Place), I’ve been told that, for some reason, they are not taking meetings to view records by email. I’ve been told to call them them at 516-869-7816. Since I’m in Canada, I would ask if any New Yorker or American could call the office with a FOIA request without getting billed.

In retrospect, kudos to the town of Southampton for making my life so easy. I sent the FOIA request and then within 30 minutes I had everything I needed!

Hi all! Long Island regular here. Been following supercharge.info for awhile and figured it's about time I made an account here.

I don't have a Tesla, but I do drive a plug-in vehicle. Will be posting regularly on my social media about stations I visit. Linktr.ee/longislandevs

I was at Watermill, Montauk and Riverhead today. Will be posting pictures on the respective threads.

Didn't see a specific thread for Watermill, so I'll post here.

This makes 2 locations here that will have the 8x Supercharger + 1x Chargepoint (the other being Riverhead). I wonder if that will start becoming a trend around here? These are the first of this model Chargepoint DCFC units to appear on Long Island.

Curiously, I don't see this location on Tesla's official list of planned locations. The closest that might be related is East Hampton. Thoughts?
