I know this is being discussed in another thread, Front End... Hmmmmmm, but it seems kind of buried in there. I think this deserves it's own thread. This is big news. The front shown at the reveal was really disappointing.

It's hard to see on the still image, but in the video you can see the light reflecting off the edge on the nose. It's clearly different, and the front looks more rounded all the way across than on the prototype. The duck face is gone.
I think exactly the opposite. Loved the original front, I hope the darkness and black are hiding the true shape, but I am afraid not. Becoming a very ordinary looking car.

I'm 99% sure that video is deliberately starting at the exact point so that you can't tell if the front is changed or not

Sorry but I call b#lsh#t. You can't possibly work this out. What was the original shot on, from what angle, what lens, what lighting? What was the tweeted video shot on, what lens, aperture, angle, etc, etc, etc?! Cameras, phones, lens and lighting can be incredibly tricky when it comes to angles and dimensions. IMHO the front end is exactly the same as what was shown at the reveal.

I'm not claiming it's 100% right, and do say flat out it the two images are not shot from the same height, but the front is still significantly different, regardless. Camera angles don't make that much of a difference

I don't think you can really tell anything from a black car on a grainy video at a bad angle. I vaguely recall, if my memory is being honest with me, Elon saying something once about a minor tweak they wanted to make on the front end. I suspect it's slightly revised, but still basically the same.

About the only change I could possibly discern is the leading edge crease, top of the "duck bill" as some called it, is more rounded and not a sharp crease. Rest looks the same to me. And as other point out, grainy, poorly lit video of a black car does wonders to mask fine details.

It looks like they just tweaked the relative proportions. The duck bill is still there, but it's not quite so prominent, and they pushed the two lower lips forward a bit with the same effect. I don't mind it either way to be honest.

Seeing this they extended Hood and lip.
As if they were inspired by the Corvette.

It appears less pronounced; a bit softer. Hopefull not too soft or it'll look more like a boxster.

Based on recent sightings, it appears the blunt, unadorned nose is cloe to finalization. It still loos like one of those old amphibious cars to me.
