M3 stuck on v11.1 (2023.2.12) software

Hey everyone,

Any ideas how to force my Tesla Model 3 2019 car to update? It hasn't had a software update for +12 months due to a 'low voltage battery' alert from an older Ohmmu battery I had in the car.

Now I've fixed that with a new Ohmmu battery but the car refuses to update. It reports that software is uptodate on v11.1 (2023.2.12).

I've rebooted the OS via the steering wheel and toggled between Standard and Advanced updates and left it 24 hours between updates, but it still reports your car is uptodate.

Really weird.

Besides calling Tesla or just sitting tight for a new update, is there anyway to give the car a nudge in the right direction?

You are conected to wifi?
Sorry - I have to check - it only comes down when connected to wifi.

Also, I see you are in the Cayman Islands - Is this a zone that Tesla supports?

I see there is this thread - maybe ask if others are getting updates?

The update will only download over WiFi, but you’ll be notified that an update is available as long as the car has cellular access.
