Interesting Youtube video with TFL and Drew Peterson from Martian Wheels presenting a set of 19 x 8.5" MW03 wheels. He says these set are about 21 lbs.
Watch the TFL YouTube video. Drew from Martian Wheels give TFL a satin black set of MW03s.And does someone know if the black satin is a matte finish? I want some OEM center caps and am thinking the Model X black matte center caps would probably match the Martian satin black wheels.
This is likely a dumb question but having never installed a TPMS before i thought I'd ask. Is it ok that they "float" like this? (i got these o

Can you take some close up pics of the back of the wheel around the hub? Sorta curious to put those rumors to rest that it is/is not flow formed.
Sure thing, how's this?
Agreed. Here’s mine. Thanks for those, that does look like rough casting that has been milled down some. Anyone else have an opinion on that? Looks like one section may have overspray, but it definitely looks too rough for me to think it's fully forged at the hub.
Just for clarity, that's a picture of Signature Wheels, right?Agreed. Here’s mine.

Yes which is a “full forged” wheel. Which is why I am assuming the reason why all of you are buying this Martian wheels correct? Are they throwing the word “forged” to implicate barrel only or “flow forming” process? The answers are unclear. Titan 7, signature, and Jova wheels all have pictures of their manufacturing process but Martian doesn’t. Even though Jova wheels does have manufacturing pics I have questioned them on their “TUV” engraving on the wheel which requires them to be a certified company with a number. Here is HRE’s stance on it below.Just for clarity, that's a picture of Signature Wheels, right?
Just a preview before they’re installed!
They don’t come with. You can buy them from Tesla.Did those caps come with them? If not, where did you get them?
