I am sorry to hear. This is just part of their terrible customer service and delivering higher profit margin vehicles before lower margin vehicles. All I can say is you won’t be disappointeed once it is delivered and you will be getting it at a excellent price. I am a March 2022 order for a base LR with only tow and doubt I will take delivery this year.
