Minor issue: s this a scratch or some black residue?

Has anyone else have this black residue/scratch on the paint?

I tried using damp microfiber towel to remove and several alcohol pads. It wont remove..i cant tell if its sunken or lifted its just black.
This was spotted by my delivery specialist and he told me that he will remove it but did not and I forgot to followup on it due to the fast education of vehicle setup.

Should I just live with it? I love the car so much! Everything is pristine but that...

Emailed the deliver specialist but did not hear a reply at this time.

try isopropyl alcohol first, since you likely have some as part of a first-aid kit.

after that, I'd try mineral spirits, which is the base for most of the fancy commercial products out there.

neither will harm your paint.

That same issue was on my Model S, it happened to be adhesive from one of the panels of film they put on the car for shipment or build, I recognize that patch, mine spot happened to be on the top of the car, I'd was it and it would never go away, it just returned... A local paint shop removed it with a goo gone adhesive remover

I have a similar situation on my driver side door and the SC said it's a contamination that occurred during the painting process. They offered to send my car to a body shop to get the door repainted.
