Model 3 Charge Limit Mismatch

When I set the charge limit to 80% in my car (second bar from the right), my car (Long Range, AWD Model 3) charges to about 246 miles.

However, I then look at it in the app, and the charge limit appears to be set to about 82% (just a few pixels to the right of the expected bar). If I then set the charge limit to 80% in the app, the car then only charges to about 240-242.

It's a small discrepancy, but a puzzling one. Has anyone else noticed this?

My car is running Version 2018.50.6, my Android phone app is Version 3.8.2.

Interesting... I wonder why the Tesla app itself isn't sending the same request to the car that Remote S is. I would think they would both request a set percentage.

I am sure it is the same API, but the UI in both the car and the Tesla app don’t let you see what you are setting it to (and visually when you drag the bar to the same place in the app vs the car you end up with different settings).
