I don't think so. My Dad is looking to buy either a M3P or M3LRD in Blue, Red or White with White interior and a search for them yesterday by a Tesla Sales person only identified 2 cars within 250 miles of us -- and NO M3P's!
There are Model 3's listed under New -- try zip code 19019 and set it for 200 miles. Some of the filters don't work (like "Black Interior") but there are plenty listed if you don't filter.
In this area, you'll find you can have anything you want so long as it's an SR+ or an AWD with 19" rims.
They need to build the inventory up some so people can find the configurations they want. It looks like Europe and China are sucking up most of the production. P3D in short supply or non-existent in most areas.

My recent purchase experience leads me to believe that talking with a salesperson is the only way to know what is truly available in inventory. Neither the car I had planned to buy nor the car I eventually purchased appeared online in my search area (LR RWD).
