The nose and the taillights are similar to the X, while the shape of the hood reminds me of the Roadster.

Put my deposit in today at the Austin showroom. Expecting a tweeks to the front-end but cannot wait for 2018

Yeah the interior was severely lacking, then again there is a chance they just threw a basic concept of the car interior, most people were looking forward to the exterior look of the car. Fairly sure the interior and the final specs will be released during the second unveiling.

Did anyone else notice they had at least 2 different styles of door handles? One was curved, the other looked like the S handles.

the front looked like it was missing something as well as there was no instrumental panel. So there's a lot more to reveal eventually.

I'm not sure about the touchscreen. I preferred what they had before. Time will tell. I do like the Porsche'esk styling over the front tires to the front lights...

Yep, just what I was thinking. Tesla nailed it, I love this car. Have you seen how frikin' big the pano roof is?? I also noticed in the video the battery has 8 modules and they're arranged lengthwise instead of across like Model S and Model X.

Yes, the design elements on the matte grey car on the left seemed a bit off. Maybe that one wasn't quite as complete as the other two. Earlier prototype?

Interesting you mentioned a Porsche-like look in the front. That was the same thing my daughter and I said. As for the touchscreen, I think it and many other things seen tonight are placeholders for what is to come in Part 2. I'm not taking too much of that seriously right now.

I noticed the grey car had Model S type door handles but the silver and red one had horizontal "j" handles. I won't read too much into that but could be a higher spec car.

I noticed that aswell, imo the red one appeared to be the newest prototype of the three; I wish I could rewatch it.

Matte grey could have been an upgraded version having model S or x door handles.

So is it a hatchback/liftback? I couldn't see where the hinge would be across the top of the rear hatch. Elon did say it would hold an 7 foot surfboard
