Tell me about it. When I ordered in August, EDD was November. A few days later, it was 10/15-11/14. A week later it was 9/10-9/30. Now it's 9/17-9/24. Not complaining but I was thinking delivery was months away. Now I have to rearrange my garage to fit an M3 where a Chevy Bolt used to be. Good problem to have,, I guess.

You are not alone. I ordered July 20th my EDD is 9/12-9/31 still. My financing finally expired and asked my SA if I should redo that now or wait. I was told to wait. Did you get white interior? lol

Yes I got white interior, I just hope it come through. Did you finance with Tesla or third part bank?

So I have to say that my Spokane store has gone all out to correct the problem with my inventory 'vermin' car. They worked hard and got me a new VIN. I Got my loan paperwork corrected and signed today (just in time as credit union loan officer goes on vacation tomorrow). New car is on the truck and will be in Spokane tomorrow - AND they say they can actually see it on GPS and it was at the north California border today. They had told me previously (for the vermin car) that home delivery was not available, but told me today they (store leader Noel and AJ - both who have been fantastic through this whole thing) would like to personally deliver to me at my home. We chose Friday at 5 pm. Of course I am sure they will be glad to get their test drive car back too - and we have enjoyed using it. After all the problems I am hoping delivery goes well and I will, in the end, have a feeling of a good experience. And - I was pulled over on Saturday driving the test vehicle -luckily I got a warning, but the Sheriff deputy told me "to be careful - I know these things are rockets" and so I think my car will be named "Rocket!"

This morning around 8am. Same time when I got an automated text and email requesting proof of insurance and date selection for delivery.

A neighbor and co worker both said they got late September Model 3 last year and were 2021 model years Maybe they assumed they got 2021 models. Maybe I'll sneak up on my neighbors car and check out the vin code.

I was getting no love with the squirrel, so instead I'll use a weighted companion cube I just finished up painting. This will be hanging from the rear view of GLaDOS, once I get her VIN and, well, you know, she actually gets delivered

GLaDOS was the name of our 2019 white LR we just sold. Got 46k for her. May she serve you well

I think you and I are in the same basket even though I filled out my financing on 7/31. It does look like some of our socal peeps are starting to get vins so hopefully we are next after them.

I am doing 3rd party financing with my CU. It seems like white interior does it or does blue exterior may add to it. There was a large drop of cars here in STL this past weekend and almost every one of them was white.

Damn, at least it's not at the end yet. I wonder if the CA deliveries are quicker from VIN to delivery since it's so close to the factory.
