304 @ 100%SOC
July 2018
5250mi
v2019.16.2
After the March firmware, it went from 279 to 285 at 90% SOC, but the past two months it's been going down. Should i take it in to get it checked?
Just did this yesterday. 1500 miles on the car. Picture attached.
Seeing 325 mile range.
Lol same here, have the same question.Feb. 2018 RWD LR.. currently 310 miles with full charge. It temporarily went up close to 325 when increase was announced, but went back down over the next couple of software update.
What the hell is going on?
When did your 100% go to 297? Mine used to be about 315-320 and now all the sudden in the last few weeks it has dropped to like 305-309.11K miles on LR 3 RWD
Charged to 100% showed about 297 mi
Drove 232 mi, showing 231 Wh/mi, showing 15% remaining
Charged to 100% (+ balancing time) Showed 299 mi @ 100%...
Service said to get it well below 10% then back to 100%, so on above charge... (My previous behavior up to the 100% charge has been to live in the 40-85% range for state of charge)
Drove 261 mi, showing 235 Wh/mi, showing 2%/6 mi remaining (I drove quicker toward the end trying to get % down...)
After just under 63 minutes.. showed 302 mi / 100% and +69 kWh, but time remaining as calculating and still showed 15 kW rate..
Another 15 minutes 302 mi / 100% +70 kWh, time calculating and 5 kW rate
Another 25 minutes 303 mi / 100% +70 kWh
Based on rate of this charge, I don't think it 'helped', looks like with 11,100 mi averaging 233 Wh/mi, I'm can't get anywhere near rated range.
Love the car overall but.... If 'tricks' are needed to recalibrate, it would be really nice if the car and/or manual said so... The way I got the above about charging to 100% (and waiting for balance) and discharging below 10% was SMS from Tesla Service guy cell phone; they wouldn't even put it in email)
+ There is no way they don't have all the stats on every battery, local on the car, and back at HQ; shouldn't need me to set a service appointment (which they canceled after saying the above, and to 'check back after another couple low/high cycles'....)
I'm curious. What have you been charging to - 70%, 80% 90%?When did your 100% go to 297? Mine used to be about 315-320 and now all the sudden in the last few weeks it has dropped to like 305-309.

I’m wondering if one of the more recent software updates is responsible for the drop. That charge was 2019-05-27 that was on firmware 2019.16.2. Likely not related, but the 302 mi charge was on 2019.20.1.
