So they unassigned the vin?I contacted my SA and pointed them to my initial email with her requesting a mid- December delivery.
I'm with you! I ordered 9/28, VIN assigned 9/28, and delivery scheduled for 9/30 but I was banking on waiting the estimated 5-11 weeks to tie up some loose ends and gather the last of my down payment. Thankfully they unassigned the VIN and now I'm waiting for who knows when, but with any luck there will be some of the rumored refreshes in the car after the wait!I placed an order back in early September. The reply I got back from my SA was " No worries, I will have you unmatched and I will make you ineligible until December so you don’t have to worry about that happening again.".So they unassigned the vin?
I just did the same thing. I needed the extra time to get things financially in order. Also got in trouble with the boss for jumping the gun a bit. Lol. She’s way better at financial stuff than I am. I’m hoping for the same. I told my Delivery Advisor I’m looking to pick up in November.I called yesterday to make me eligible again since delivery is quoted at 4-8 weeks right now.
Hoping between now and VIN assignment, maybe I'll get a 2021 with some of the new rumored upgrades.

Call them and it will route you to your local Tesla center. Did you already do your finance application with them?Someone finally texted me. Requested delayed delivery 12/1 or later, which the DA agreed to. VIN was unassigned from my account. Fingers crossed the next one is a 2021 refresh and no more waiting.
