Here's an easy one to address one issue with the wipers. A context based left scroll wheel to control the wipers. In the absence of a working auto wiper mode this is the next best thing.
Context menu only becomes active when you press the manual wiper stalk button. For those 5 seconds or so when the wiper control pops up on the screen, the following commands are active:
1. Scroll wheel up - increase speed of wipers (max 4 so it wont go to auto even if you keep scrolling up)
2. Scroll wheel down - similar to above. Wipers can be turned fully off this way if needed.
3. Scroll wheel button press - Toggle between auto or last manual setting.
