I was reading a review yesterday and the major complaint was about the touchscreen making tasks harder. I believe one example was a point where the reviewer had to swipe through 3 menus to get to the windshield wiper controls. Taking eyes off the road for simple tasks was his major issue. Was he going about it the wrong way or is this the design?

If you use the wiper stalk to do a single wipe it takes the touch screen to the wiper control panel.
