Model S: Clever Vanity Plates

I originally got "CHG ON" in CA. But after looking at all these great plates, I just ordered "NT GASSY". Much more fun, I think!

Being a UCF Knight, I like CHG ON!

We can't have letter only plates and they have to conform to certain style.

I'm wondering if one can import an American plate? I see Belgium and French number plates all the time.

The main priority I think of the vanity plates for electric cars should be to spread awareness that good cars can be electrical. So simply "ELECTRIC" would be the best.

However if more people knew what Ohm meant, if I had a p85d I would in an ideal world go for "OHM MY GOD", because those that ride in it or observe it take off in insane mode would say it as mentioned below @0:13 and it gets in the electrical connection.

Saw this one a few days ago.

Also saw WKDFAST today but didn't get a picture as it zoomed past me in the HOV lane (no badging so not sure if it which version of the Model S it was).

I'm bummed out because if I want to use the HOV type lanes, I have to have one of the EV licence plates here in Georgia and as far as I've been told, you can't get vanity words on them.

Nice! My second option was 'KIX GAS'... same thinking essentially as you... but perhaps more emphasis on the second meaning...

I almost got "WATT FUN", but was overruled by the other members of the family. The compromise was that the Car's name in the 6.x Firmware is Watt Fun

No but it spurs me to drive even more nicely than I usually do since I'm that much more recognizable. So it's a good thing. I always think "I'm not anonymous" when driving and I find myself being much more kind out on the roads.

Not a Model S, but clever nonetheless. Captured this morning -- a Nissan GTR passed me with a license plate that said "TEZILLA". (Sorry for the poor quality ... need to get a bigger SD card for the BlackVue so I can switch the recording quality to High).
