Model S floor mats in Tesla Store

Newb question, ours will be here soon, does the car come with floormats? A search yielded an afternoon of reading.

Yes, the car comes with basic floormats for both front and back seats.

Mine arrived today. Not bad, good fit. Looks like WeatherTech to me.

If you look at the back of the mats, mine actually say WeatherTech.com on them.

No way...I will have to check it out tomorrow. I have bought weathertech for many years and these just looked the OEM.

Yup, my rears have their web address on the bottom. Wonder if tesla caught that and that's the reason they're outta stock (remaking?)

I have the OEM premium trunk mat set (got them 3 or 4 months ago), and noticed that the backing is crumbling off. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Does the back row all-weather floor mat not fit quite right for you guys, or am I being dumb? It seems a touch (maybe 1/2"-3/4") too long. If I line up the back of the mat, the rails that the front seats slide on don't clear the front of the mat. If I line up the front of the mat, the back doesn't fit. Blegh.

Haven't tried installing the front ones yet - I don't know if I want to trust myself not to screw up screwing the tabs into the carpet.

The instruction sheet shows "tucking" a bit of the mats user the front seat rails, once you do that, they fit just fine.
Installing the hooks is easy, I just used drywall screws to mark where the hooks go (centers)
