Does anyone know where in Dallas (or Plano) a good body shop where they can paint and replace the Front Fascia of a Model S? Would like to take my tesla to a good body shop where they know how to replace my front nose cone with the refresh front face lift.

You should search around this forum. This is NOT a simple bumper cover replacement. There is a long list of parts to replace, including the hood, to get it right.
