Oh yeah, that. He probably meant that it was wired for 100A (which would only allow for 80A max pull). Plus Roadsters - which the chargers were initially installed for - have a firmware bug that only allow them to pull 70A, so they originally installed a 90A breaker. If they took out the Roadster HPC and put a Model S HPWC there, 80% of 90A is 72A, so that's probably the highest draw they can set the HPWC to. Unless they were to change the breaker...

I have gotten 50mph (in Rated miles) from a 240V 70A unit. But those are hard to find; most are 208V.
