Model S/X deliveries with Intel-based MCU

So far, I think we’ve had confirmation only from new MS owners. Are the new MX also coming with the intel MCU?
Can someone who took delivery recently confirm that, please?

Whats the next digit in your 246 VIN? Given your car was built the day before the supposed factory shut down I'm thinking this points to when the new MCU was installed. I'm sure you're not thrilled to hear that...

it's just something else entirely to see it.

I mean, You could tell me that my model S had been built and is waiting for me to pick her up, but there's just going to be something about seeing it for myself.

You are correct, I was mistaken. So I think we're looking at the beginning of MCU2 sometime around 2/23/18 or after 246XXX.

My SC has ordered a new MCU for my yellow ringed MX screen. Needless to say, I’ll be working with them to see if the new part can be dropped in before they install. Two weeks ago they told me the part was on back order. Could mean they ran out of Tegra ones and are waiting for refurbs or they are waiting on new x86 ones.

My Model X is currently in production with a schedule delivery date of 3/26. How can I find out the date it actually went into production? My account page only shows that it is currently in production

This blows my mind, since they just replaced the LCD on mine to fix the same issue, I wonder if they ran out of LCD screens so now they are just replacing the entire unit.

I ordered 12/29/17, got vin 2467XX, but still haven't gone into production. Keeping my fingers crossed. This would make it worth the wait!!!

Sorry, it doesn't look like it is to me. The new Intel versions have "x86_64" or "amd64" in the User-Agent string.

Well, yes. I was replying to @BigD0g saying SC replaces only the LCD for yellow ring discoloration while in my case they replaced the entire MCU, which I was hoping would be the one with new CPU but it wasnt.

Yup.... should've waited few months more for the new MCU to trickle down to service centers...
