I have taken all of the data from the checklists and put it on an excel spread sheet. There were several duplications which I consolidated. I also assigned a group (Interior/exterior..etc) and a type (FWD, windshield, seats 2nd row..etc) and then sorted the items by group. Being slightly OCD
could not stand the random order of the items listed
I thought it would be more efficient to try to check all items in an area one time. Hopefully it also helps eliminate duplicates when someone adds a new item.
For new members to the forum I also explained that the data is taken from many entries on the forum and is not officially validated. It is a helpful tool created by members. It in no way is meant to represent the condition of all model x's and in fact many X's are delivered with little or no problems (not all X owners contribute to forum also).
All of the
real work was done by others on this thread that created the original lists... my contribution was only organization and not content. I appreciate all of the efforts to document and help us when taking delivery of our X's... can't wait.
Attached excel spread sheet and PDF version. I didn't know how to upload a spread sheet so I changed the extension to PDF and uploaded. You can download, rename to xls extension and it should open with excel.
