Model X Launch In Oz

22-Mar-17: Production has been pushed back a further 4 weeks to the week of 3-Apr-17

I'm assuming it's to do with the end of quarter push to deliver US-based customers. Has anyone else experience this type of delay?

Yep! Mines VIN ...42xxx and was confirmed Feb 10th. Since the 100D was only announced Jan 20 I'm pretty sure no overseas MX100D's made the first quarter as I'm under the impression overseas MS and MX are produced at the beginning of the quarter. A guy in the US ordered his a day after me and he's driving his. Mine still hasn't been built but told late May/early June is a possibility for delivery.

I'm happy to be in the second quarter after the re-tooling. Hopefully we will see some noticeable quality improvement and/or some surprise bonus goodies yet to be announced. HUD anyone

My new Tesla buddy, Harald, got his Model X three weeks ago but reserved it in Feb 2014. Now that's a long wait.
