Does everyone’s rear spoiler have a visible separation between the top layer and bottom layer like mine? This seems like a defect - it just visually does not look right.

I’m not seeing much of a difference between your two photos. Here’s mine… what gives?

Edit ok maybe your space between the two lamina is slightly greater @Neewbs.
OK it’s really hard to see any issues in those photos due to reflections and the black color.

Here is what ours looks like (driver’s side). Both sides look the same.

I'll take another photo of just the third brake light. Mine is almost detached from the underside of the wing. The side pieces look similar.

I also found paint drips on the wing, so one way or another it will be fixed.

got 2022.16.2 the other day and now the charge port door won't open again after pressing the charge cable button (didn't work upon delivery, worked for last few weeks before software update, now doesn't work again)
Hmmmm. OK I’ll check ours tonight. But ours has always worked so far.
I tried it and still works for us with 2022.16.2, but we haven’t ever that problem.

OK, our taillight is glued(?) very snuggly against the spoiler.
Besides the spoiler, these are my three favorite defects:
-Missing trim panel (door dent)
-Tear on console
-Paint bubble under spoiler

Lesson learned - I should have rejected the car.

Thanks for sharing and sorry to hear about these defects. Did you document these during delivery?
Yes. Unfortunately I had a first-time delivery driver who did not know the process for issues, etc. She took photos but I also followed up at the service center a couple miles from my house.

My service appointment was today to have the issues addressed, unfortunately they did not have any loaners. Establishing a relationship with the sales/service folks is helpful in Tyson's as the service center is completely overrun. He took video of the damage that we taped off and rescheduled the appointment, assuring me he'd save keys to a loaner for the next appointment.

Don't get me wrong - the car is still awesome, just need to fix the Gung Ho production.

Glad to hear that all were documented and that the service center seems to be responsive.

Enjoy the new ride!!
