My 2022 Model S had missing pieces, fortunately I knew what to look for ahead of time.

What parts are commonly missing in the new Model X refresh?

Mine had everything except the hitch bag/case - hitch was just in a blue plastic bag. Going to try to get the case from my SC

Hi @af88 ,

Other items to look for:
Front license plate bracket - very few use it but you might use it...
Universal Mobile Connector - Charging cable unit
Small electric cable for trailer electric brakes connection

Missing because it's no longer supplied - 14-50 plug for above charger
You may or may not want this but it's a very common charging plug.
It's available at the Tesla Store / Shop.
If you want or need it - better to buy it before you pick up the car.

Great idea to also point out things that are no longer provided. The MX used to come with a sunshade but I don't think they include those now.

2017 MX had included a sunshade on delivery, but my 2022 MX did not have a provided sunshade on delivery.

Just receuved mine 2 weeks ago and wasn't missing anything that I assume is supposed to be included. When I got my original 2016 I got all types of goodies including an umbrella, pen, 50 amp plug, sun shade, key chain and holders for the fobs. 2022 refresh didn't come with any of these but I assume they stopped giving all that away for cost cutting reasons. Truth is, I never used any of those items except for the umbrella and pen on rare occasion.

Mine got pushed out again, it's now July, nothing new I guess. Might just get the ix, if my next S has the same quality issues.

Do you mean the panel in the rear of the bumper covering the receiver port or do you mean the plastic insert that goes in the receiver port that has a slot for it in the tow receiver case? If you mean it's missing from case, it's be because it's currently inserted into the receiver port behind the cover under the bumper.
