Wow this is so cool! What would be the process for us in north america to do this?

Wow! You should give some details if it is possible for a US owner to have this done. I have a spare (3rd) keycard that I'd love to do this with, especially considering the Tesla Service guys couldn't get my phone to connect as a key in my new LR on Wednesday. It worked fine in my L3MUR.

Just looking on Amazon, there are silicon ring molds that you fill with a 2-pt epoxy. I suppose if you follow the instructions to dissolve the card, you can insert the rfid into a mold and fill with colored epoxy. Or you could do it with clear epoxy.
