We're getting there, folks. Eight States, including Maryland, have announced a plan to encourage 3.3 million ZEVs by 2025. Here is a link to the Maryland plan, which is similar to the other States. Score one for our side. Now, if they only could put 10x more Superchargers out there.

Those states are all CARB-ZEV states, not to be confused with straight CARB only states.


CARB states - Arizona, California, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, District of Columbia.

CARB-ZEV "coalition" states - California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island and Vermont
