That can't be right as right-side drive is such a small market. It's basically Hong Kong (light sales), Japan, Australia and UK. 5 weeks would be nearly 10,000 cars per quarter. List of left- & right-driving countries - World Standards
Euro and Asia both use different charging adapters. Canada also has slight differences.
The real difference is timing. Making inventory in December/January for March selling in say Europe and Asia is really key. Building US customer cars would happen more toward the end of the quarter. It's logistics over "parts orientation".
