On my service bulletin they noted that the front latches need to be replaced but they didn't have any in stock

They had one side in stock for me and replaced it. Said 8-10 days to get the other side. Going to bring it back in for that and a wheel well plastic fender that is chipped that they are fixing on goodwill (also out of stock 8-10 days).

FWIW: Mine failed early in ownership (May) and tech replaced both since original latches were noted as problems in service system and a new product was being used.

Wow re: latches lasting so long....the Ranger told me Tesla was on their 3rd version of latch and that all early deliveries needed replacement. As I noted, that was in May of last year.

I never had any door issues on my car, except the passenger door seemed to struggle when closing but it closed
