Need help with a specific part in the battery pack

Hi guys, My vehicle needs this new part and I'm trying to work out if this part 1099841-00-A (ASY,HV/LV ANCILLARY UNIT,HVBAT) comes with the contractors built in or not if its ordered from Tesla. Any info/help is much appreciated
Also the part is a restricted item so i would order it and get Tesla to fit it.
