    Maybe I'm one of the few that had no idea -- but I recently / accidentally discovered that you can PINCH to ZOOM the Netflix app while a movie is playing to get rid of the black borders if you so desire!

    On 2.35 aspect ratio content this also removes 33% of the picture.
