ISPT starts the year with two new leases at 100 Pacific Highway, North Sydney

Electrifying deal

Tesla Australia has agreed terms on a two-year lease of a vacant warehouse at 69 Cremorne Street, Cremorne in Melbourne, to complement its existing retail store and supercharger facility at 650 Church Street nearby.

The company will pay a gross asking annual rent of $118,000 for the 695sq m property on a 872sq m site.

Gray Johnson's Rory White marketed the property.

No idea what the purpose of the site will be. It's not that far from Richmond. My guess is a delivery centre (like Alexandria NSW) since it is a warehouse - but they could be splitting sales/service locations, or adding supercharger stalls. Does anyone know?

Seems like a very long but narrow building. Might be hard to run even reduced service operations, but the back of the building opens to the lane way.

You could squeeze 1-2 super chargers out front between the footpath and building, would be reverse in only. Now if they could purchace the 3 spots near the gate in the carpark next door, would be a great spot for sc.

Probably unlikely then. Compared to the Alexandria site in Sydney, which had a convenient 6 spaces outside the locked gate, is on a road on a busy route between the city/airport, and is in a difference part of the city to St Leonards, this site has none of those benefits.
