Bought new M3LR online on Weds- down payment was on ApplePay

ApplePay linked email differs from Tesla app (have 2018 M3LR) sign on, so am unable to see messages. Had a advisor but disappeared. Tesla service number not answering.

Should I remove the 2018 M3 from the app & use the card in order to hopefully sign on with ApplePay linked email? Anyone been down this road before? Thanks

Call back during business hours and select sales. Someone will answer.
 
After 2 days, a Tesla employee messaged & is rectifying the situation. Another actually asked to call, which they did- don’t know why the communication breakdown occurred but all is well.
