Tesla New Winter Tires Like Old Refurbished

I bought a set of 'new' winter tires from Tesla's online store. It took 3 months to arrive and then 4 tires are fully covered by sealer bead. Complaint the service center but no response. Does anyone know how to contact Tesla to escalate the issue? I can't imagine Tesla Canada stop providing email for customer support. The Tesla app will be frozen if typing more than 50 words. It is time to boost the competition!

What’s the date code on the tires? That alone will tell you how old they are. And is mandatory To be embossed on the tire

I will clean them next spring. When I mounted them up , didn't want to spray cleaner all over the new pristine wheels



Winter rubber compounds always seem to look worse to me . They have an almost white scum on the sidewalls maybe left over release agent from the carcass forms?

It looks like the tire in the 2nd picture has a date code of 3222 - 32nd week of 2022 or mid-August 2022. Not brand new from the factory, but not crazy old either.
