Just read this great review of the DeLorean. Anything But Rusty: Reviewing The DeLorean In 2009 I'm assuming you wrote it. Correct me if I'm wrong. That must have been a fun car to own. Hope you get your Tesla dream car soon.
Wish I could take credit but I cannot! I'll check that out though. In 2003 I did write an addendum chapter to the reprinting of a famous (in DeLorean circles) book about the car called Stainless Steel Illusion.
It was indeed a very fun car to own. Not perfect -- far from it! -- but wholly unique and it brought smiles to the faces of a lot of people (including me!). Great road car too, seeing as Colin Chapman and the Lotus team did the suspension work.
