Hi All,

On 2/3 last attempts to do a scheduled overnight charge its failed. When I’ve left the car, the charge point and car is in the right status it just fails to actually charge.

Anyone else had a similar issue? I’ve tried the scheduling at different times it just ended down to almost time out between the time it’s plugged in and the scheduled start time

Hi No, it’s a charge point I’ve had installed at my home

when I first raised it with them they said the car must be disconnecting but I’m not sure that’s right
