No More Quick Connection Phone Dock for PUP?

As title says
For those one delivered after Nov 15,
Do you get your Quick Connection Phone Dock?

Previously, If you Order PUP for your model x, it comes with the car and usually put inside trunk.

Told by DS that it no longer comes with phone docks for free

anyone can verify this?

It's only listed as an optional accessory. I'm guessing when they made the PUP package include everything that use to be optional, something had to be cut....

I took delivery in September and my car did not have the phone dock included. I was told it is separate now even with the premium upgrade package.

Considering that the kit does not work with a phone in a case, it’s honestly no big loss.

Yeah, I sort of wish I hadn’t made a big deal with my DS asking him to install it. I never use it because it’s impossible to get the phone lined up, it doesn’t work in a case, and you can’t see the phone without unplugging it from the dock. I’d rather plug into a regular charging cable and set the phone down in the console. The next time I’m at the SC I might ask them to uninstall it and just put the plastic blank back in.

There's a clever fix if you want to plug in with a case. Ask SC to install an android plug if you have an iPhone (and vice versa if you have android) and then get an adapter to plug in on top of that. Gives you enough clearance for a case but I'm not sure how sturdy it is. It's documented on a YouTube channel if you want to look it up.
