NSW P Plate - Interstate Driving Rules ??

Hi guys,

so im on my p2 licence (green p's) and am planning on purchasing a tesla model 3. as i reside in nsw, all teslas are apparently banned for provisional licence drivers.

i was wondering if i could transfer my nsw licence to a vic licence, and register the car in victoria (model 3 is allowed for provisional drivers in vic) and then drive it in nsw.

is this a possible 'loophole' and could it work? im not too sure on the rules so it would be great if you guys could help out!

Suggest you seek advice on having your licence in the state you reside. Being clever is all good until you need to make an insurance claim and they search for every avenue to avoid a payout

I think that just sold another one. My brother has been looking for a new car but it had to be P1/P2 approved for my nephew who got his license a few months ago.
