Octopus intelligent reconnecting the car

My intelligent was playing up so I thought I would disconnect bus the app and re install. Unfortunately it won’t connect any ideas on what I should do is there a tutorial son his to do it ?

I had something similar when I moved away from IO and then went back a few months later. It eventually worked, you just have to ignore the error message as I have an Ohme charger which controlled the charging anyway.

I’ve noticed this a few times lately. At first I thought I needed to give it a minute or two, but later realised that it can also be bypassed just by repeatedly trying until the server is able to allocate a worker thread to the app query.

I had a similar issue some time ago. The only way to fix it was to start from scratch with octopus again and install the car.

Last time I had this issue, I had to borrow the daughter in laws iphone and it worked perfectly.
