Octopus Salary Sacrifice - Tesla Y

Morning all,

My Tesla Y arrived last week through Octopus all is well HOWEVER - I cannot seem to link my phone to the car... I have downloaded the app but after going to add a key and opening the app I don't have any options to connect the phone to the car.

Getting a bit tedious having to use the key card...

Anyone had the same problem and found a solution.

I have rebooted the Tesla, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still no joy?

Does the car show in your Tesla account (the one you are using when logging into the Tesla app on the phone)?

Contact Octopus. They probably just need to add you to the account.

No - I am signed in with the same account as the car was ordered through octopus with...

If the car does not show up in your Tesla account then you will need to contact Octopus, as suggested by @rooumy , and have then give you app access.
