I called last week to inform them to call me at a different number from what is listed on my account, and they told me that they were swamped with calls. They informed me who my delivery specialist was, and told me that I should expect a call this week. So everyone be patient, it will come, just give them some time.

Well I guess I didn't need to call. Aaron just gave me a call finally. I wish I had his job. Everyone he's spoken to is super excited. Anyways some info I got from him worth noting.
Internally the cars configured before April 15th seem to be in the first delivery group. Ultimately it won't make a big difference since all the cars will roughly come within a few weeks though.
June 1st is when the international centre will be opened. So any deliveries before then will be handled at the store locations.
The rates are higher than the initial 3.9. Aaron mentioned that the rates are more likely 4.3 to 4.5 % range. He's opened the financing portal for me so I'm going to do my application shortly.
No update on VINs for 19s though. But it should be soon.

If you don't mind me asking, how much down did you put (and how much monthly did it end up being for you, and what did the total cost eventually end up being?)

I configured Apr 29 and also got a 29### VIN. Here I'm getting anxious about the wait. You must have it worse.

I have called Tesla and talked to DS, she enabled credit application and I filled it now.
Are HELOC rates better than Teslas?. The best I heard is 3.9 from Tesla. that all
my DS told the first batch of cars will be coming next week to Toronto. my car is in the second batch which will come last week of May.

Doesn't this mean that you're not eligible for the $14,000 rebate? Is the cut off not $75,000 ?

Cut off price is based on the MSRP of the trim level. Options don't count when calculating the cut off.
