I'm pulling my hair out. We are supposed to pick up the car on Saturday. They even changed our appointment from 1:00 to 2:15. But no paperwork has shown up other than a generic order agreement. And I supposed to do something with THAT? We want to do an ACH transfer from my bank account but we don't have any instructions. My inside sales person, Janay, has not answered the phone or emails since Tuesday, and every number I've called is either busy or routes me to a message that says they are not taking calls right now. anyone have any advice?
