The Tesla service center today replaced the black door panel with a grey one. Now my car is not "special" anymore. Both daughter and wife in the end actually wanted to keep the different door panel but I wanted it to be fixed. Looks better, I think.

Some (collectors) value the "uniqueness" of "factory imperfection", some don't.

The key thing is that you're happy with your car. I'm glad Tesla made you happier with your car.
