Park Royal Service Centre [panel gaps 'within tolerance']

Hi

I booked my car into Park Royal to sort out the panel gaps and picked it up yesterday.

I wasn’t happy with it but they said it’s within the tolerance of Tesla. The car has done 50 miles

1Please see pics of the 2 main issues, does this seem acceptable or am I being awkward?

2 Park Royal have washed their hands of it, is it worthwhile re-booking at Heathrow Service centre to see what they can do as Park Royal was a bit of dump to be honest. Maybe Heathrow will have better technicians?

3 Has anyone used the Heathrow Centre for trim alignment ?

Drivers side boot hinge area and passenger side boot lid in general don't look great but may be angles. Unfortunately I think drivers side body/bumper is probably par for the course, but if they were doing the others I would like to think they would give it a try.

tbh, I would threaten to reject the car if they say that they won't sort things to your satisfaction.

I wouldn't accept that boot lid, mines nothing like that, it looks way too high at the front.

The other picture is not too bad, but makes me wonder wether the position of the boot lid has pushed down that panel below the lights. If so then maybe fixing the boot lid will make the rear lights and that panel easier to align.

New Does anyone else who has a white car have the same problem?

That boot lid is definitely wrong. My car was also delivered with a mis-aligned front panel which was fixed. However, I also think white emphasises the gaps. I have a black Land Rover Disco and the body panel gaps are no bigger than those on the Tesla and after eight years of ownership, I'd never even thought about the Disco panels before.
