Parked at airport for 36 hours, lost 40miles of range

COP in DFW area if parked outside probably a good idea. My inside temp is 121 and COP running.

Overheat protection is only active for 12 hours after the last drive, so useless for long-term parking situations. The car can handle heat just fine. Put up a sun shade and be on your way. No sense in needlessly burning energy to keep an unoccupied car cool.

Will the Tesla stop using Sentry mode and climate overheat protection once the main battery charge goes below a certain percentage (say 20%) in order to avoid coming back to a car with no range left?
