Peeling Yoke warranty replacement - updated materials?

Does anyone know if Tesla already has an updated yoke with better material for warranty replacements? My first yoke was replaced 12 months ago and the replacement yoke started peeling again 3 months ago.. Makes no sense to replace with a yoke with a yoke using the same material.

Yes. I got this reply when asking for a peeling yoke waranty replacement about two weeks ago (Feb 2024)

Had the new yoke installed this morning. Technician said that mine was the first new yoke installed in the Middle Tennesse area. It took a while to get the software updated but I now have the new yoke with the center horn!

Is yours peeling or just having turn signal issues?

I occasionally have the turn signal issue. Not sure if they will replace the whole steering wheel for an off and on issue.

So what happens when you click on the camera (old horn location) button ? Do you get left, right and rear cameras ?

Yes, you get left, right, and rear cameras (when parked), I haven't tried it yet while driving.

The new yoke is the same size as the original, the material feels a little different, the haptic buttons vibrate and make a clicking noise, the airbag/horn depresses when you push it, and the in-car owner's manual has been updated to reflect the new functionality.

Replaced under warranty at no cost. This was my third yoke replacement.

All were peeling. I haven't had any turn signal issues.
