Finally lost my virginity, and also saw M3 in the wild.
Was commuting 520 in Seattle towards Microsoft. Suddenly saw white Tesla in my rear view mirror. Train of thoughts was about:
-Hey! Tesla with Duck nose(tm)!
-Can it be?
-Not S for sure, but how was nose on X...
-It does look 3 but it's kinda big.
-It has crease on the hood above the lights
-Also funny L shape black line below the lights
-Can't recall did X have those...
-The F-150 next to it is taller, X should be about same
-I think it's a 3
Changed to another lane and as it passed saw the ice hockey door handles \o/
It took same off-ramp as me (NE 40th) so probably fellow Microsoftie.
I have footage in my dash cam but nothing special so not worth pulling out and posting here.
Not my color though, re-assured me that no white for me.

Pretty much all states require 35% or higher, right? Seems like people get away with it all the time (but not every time)
Almost 2 years after pushing the reserve button, the day has finally arrived. The first "3" I ever saw "in the wild"...was my own. Snapped a few photos on the way home.

Actually, I do, and I push the little button on the end of the stalk, which is another no brainer.

Silver is THE color for the M3. Also my choice and white interieur.

Beautiful! Wasn't really a fan of the silver early on, but I'm coming around and really liking it more. Mind if you share last of your VIN? I'm guessing 4xxx or 5xxx?
It's okay. They don't really ticket for it.
Someone once posted that the worry is if you get in an accident that's your fault, your insurance company could use illegal tint as an excuse to not cover you fully.
My OCD would eat me alive with all of those sharp, heavy, and damage inducing items above my babies.
I also dont have any faith in my craftsmanship to hang them correctly which is another part of that
