Plaid brake issues

I want racing recently in my s plaid for the first time, speed ventures, AAA raceway fontana ca. After first lap brakes started to fade and got worse as they heated up, these brakes SUCK, anybody with same issue and anybody who have improved there brakes?

Wonder why it says it doesn't fit the 19's - would fit the old S 19's. Bummer as I wanted 19's for snow tires. Hopefully they fit these.

I'm interested as to why it says only for Plaid vehicles. Why can't regular Model S non-Plaid use these?

It says that because it doesn't clear Tesla's 19" wheels. It doesn't mean that it won't fit in *any* 19" wheel. For example, the RB BBK (which has bigger rotors than the Tesla kit) will fit inside my SV 104 19" wheels. I expect the Tesla kit would fit also.
