Does the visualization even have something for columns/pillars? You can't really tell if it can't "see it" as it seems a lot of what the perception engine sees is not shown in the visualization.

He had to take the controls because the car tried to drive into a pillar.

"A lot smoother": The system correctly plotted the path to the right turn which is the road and not the left one which is a dead end. However, the system reversed itself and drove into the left dead end instead of the right road:

YouTubers will rate it highly if they can attract enough suckers to watch their videos. Their incomes have surely suffered the past few months with the repeated delays.

Three seconds later it was not much better, routing and steering towards people at 4mph directly in front of the bumper.

Key word is "than the last time". I watched the older videos of Lombard before and it was far worse.
