Hi all, I am thinking about purchasing the pre-paid service plan(s) and have a couple of questions for those who already have. My delivery specialist said that Tesla will refund you for any unused visits if you end up selling the car before using them all. The service agreement essentially says that the agreement can't be canceled and no money will be refunded to you. What are everyone's thoughts on this discrepancy? The agreement states that service visits must be used within 1,000 miles or 30 days of the specified maintenance intervals. I have read others say that this isn't actually enforced. Has anyone had a situation where Tesla did strictly enforce this provision of the contract, resulting in you losing visits? The agreement states that "no person has the authority to change this Agreement or to waive any of its provisions," so I hesitate to rely on anything the DS states as a lawyer could just point to that clause statement and say that it doesn't matter that I was told otherwise. Thanks!
